ALUMINIUM PISTONS

• Pistons for Heavy Duty/Large Bore Engines

  MAS produces Large Bore Engine Pistons that are used in Locomotives, Marine Applications and Heavy Duty Engines. MAS develops and manufactures pistons with diameters ranging from 120 mm to 200 mm featuring Single Alfin (NI resist) and Dual Alfin Gravity Die Cast Pistons.

  MAS manufacture these Pistons on special purpose CNC Machines to produce complex OD Profiles and Pin bores with Oval Bore/trumpet bore/relief's. Some pistons go through hard Anodizing of the Crown for Thermal Crack Protection as per customer’s requirement.

  

• Pistons for Light/Medium/Heavy Commercial Vehicle

  MAS manufactures pistons that can be used in modern internal combustion engines whose bore diameter ranges from 70 mm to 140 mm. These pistons are suitable for high ignition, high injection pressure, high combustion gas temperatures.

• Pistons for Passenger Car

  MAS has the expertise to produce pistons for both diesel and gasoline passenger cars having bore diameter from 70 mm to 90 mm.

• Pistons for Small Engines

  Pistons for 2-stroke & 4 stroke engine used in scooters, motor cycles and refrigeration air compressors with bore diameters ranging from 40 to 60 mm. Complete assemblies with pistons, gudgeon pin, piston rings and circlips can be given on request.

• 

  CAST IRON COMPONENTS

  MAS has developed capabilities to manufacture cast iron components. MAS has in- house CI foundry and machine shop for machining the cast iron components. MAS manufactures components such as manifolds, water pumps, oil pumps, gear pumps, pulleys etc.

  

  CYLINDER HEADS

  MAS has collaborated to manufacture Aluminium and Forged type Cylinder heads. The cylinder heads are machined on the most modern state of art CNC machine shop having 53 CNC Machining centre along with some SPMs, Conventional Machines as well as the ultramodern inspection facility like 3D CMM & Trimos.
